Customer Relationship Management is shortly known as CRM. It is a computer software, specially designed to capture every minute detail about the transaction of the company with the clients and customers

Enterprise systems are software applications that have cross-organisational capabilities as opposed to department or group-specific programs. They allow for collaboration and communication across the organisation through collection of data that is accessible and usable by multiple departments.
