Ans 3. The personality trait of Salma as per the Big five model is Conscientiousness. Conscientiousness is a tendency to display self-discipline, act dutifully, and strive for achievement against measures or outside expectations. It is related to the way in which people control, regulate, and direct their impulses. High conscientiousness is often perceived as being stubborn and focused. Low conscientiousness is associated with flexibility and spontaneity, but can also appear as sloppiness and lack of reliability. High scores on conscientiousness indicate a preference for planned rather than spontaneous behavior. The average level of conscientiousness rises among young adults and then declines among older adults.

Ans 4. As per the personality attributes, risk taking personalities refers to the willingness of individuals to take chances and risks. Salma seems to be a person who does things in a planned manner. She is highly organized in her approach. She dislikes surprises and prepares to plan her things well. She doesnot appear to be a person who is ready to take risks. On the contrary Salim never plans anything and takes chances on what would be the outcome of things. Thus, Salim could be someone who is ready to take risks.
