Effective government refers to the way in which elected officials exercise their political authority to serve the nation. An effective government invests in its people, advances opportunities for shared prosperity, and raises the revenues needed to support the public structures that support inclusive economic growth
With the outbreak pf COVID 19 pandemic, importance of international affairs and international cooperation can be appreciated. This pandemic has largely disrupted the education sector. The digital divide in various parts of the country has been exacerbated by the emergency and will leave holes in numerous youngsters' learning. An effective government would bend over backward to guarantee that frameworks and foundations can adapt to future lockdowns to limit this. All the more should be done over the globe by services of instruction and training blessings if humankind is to draw near to SDG4.
Similarly in case of international protest against racism "Black lives matter", an effective government must treat all citizens as equal and should not give excess powers to the police. These kind of protests reveal deep trust deficits between certain community of people and their government.
Also an effective government won't use unfair means for political advertising during the election campaign unlike the then US government who had been assisted by Cambridge academicians.
