Supply chain management is the way in which a company gurantees that workers right and provisions are being met throughout the supply chain.

Many companies will say that they do not want workers right to be violated within their supply chain, however we know that workers right are often violated. The electronic industry is a very importance example of popular branch such as Apple & samsung will make firm comitments but in reality working conditions and practices donot change .
