A hypothetical study investigated periodontal disease and oral hygiene behavior. The outcome of interest was the presence or absence of periodontal disease, and the exposure was current oral hygiene practices such as frequency of brushing and use of dental floss. Participants were enrolled during a regular dental visit where they were given a full dental screen and then completed a short questionnaire.

A. Periodental disease
Bacteria affected problems are common in all part in bodily function especially with loca oral area, may be due to pathogens. Or it is associated with certain other disease like coronary artery disease. It is something invoves study regarding gum inflammaton. May be due to diabetes or other bone problems, cardiovascular problems, sometimes associated with women meustral periods. A comperhensive studies ccombined with oral hygiene in the presence of oral or non-oral problems.

B. A periodontal disese involves diagnosis through radiographs and other clunical methods with a help of dental doctors, it is very much good enough to oral assessment. Finding out many disease affected cardio vascular system, ortho related problems, or it can bring out good oral hygienic behaviour
C. Most of the peoples lack a awareness and importance of periodental diseases, they will simply avoid most of the gum and teeth related problems that is why it is quite difficult to reach to a correct oral problems which is a early symptoms of other major problems affected in general health. They simply depend on local hygienic methods like brushing and other mouth cleaning agents.
