There are many advanced technologies in healthcare system, such a human technology that I have encountered is robotic surgery. This is an innovation in technology in all the ways. The major areas it needs improvement are, 1)it need an ideal team for surgery and they are expert in that 2) Broad availability of robotic technology in surgical area. 3) Economic and departmental effort needed 4) Motivation of robotic technology in surgery 5) Quality training and inservice education regarding robotic technology. 6) An ideal setting for robotic technology These are major areas need improvement.

I want to see changed about this technology is its economic burden to the hospital and management, eventhough it's an effective system for complicated surgical procedures its economic burden is very high , so the government should provide sufficient funding and other subsidiary measures to overcome this economic burden.

As a nurse there are many small incidents occurred in professional life that gave backs up to my view point of patient care. One incident that happened recently is covid 19 pandemic. After taking the Covid isolation duty, this was a great experience in my career because before that nurses are not getting sufficient support from the society. But after the hit of covid 19 pandemic the social viewpoint changed drastically and whole world is respecting nurses and their care. Moral aspect of this is very important because nursing job is primary care providers or frontline workers in covid 19 pandemic . So it has a great impact on us and improved our moral values and care. It has strong political impact on every country. Nursing job has became high influential in every where and major political leaders in the world gave their respect to the nursing profession. When discussing about the economic impact it can be seen that the nursing profession became one of leading professions in the world . And it has improved the wages and demand of the profession all over the world. I think this is one major incident in my professional life that backs up my view point about the nursing profession.
