Give three examples of engineered products that have a specific minimum weight, but no specified maximum weight, and specify the approximate minimum weight.
There may be the following engineered products that have a specific minimum weight:
(1) Helium balloon holder: Helium balloon holder has a specific minimum weight which will depend on the number of helium balloons to be hold to it.
(2) Race cars in which minimum weight is based on racing regulations. The weight of racing car changes with the commencement of the race in the racing loop. Generally a racing car has an approximate weight of 3400 pounds.
(3) Competition bike in which minimum weight is based on the racing regulations. The weight of racing bike changes with the commencement of the race in the racing loop. Generally a competition bike has an approximate weight of 15 pounds.
(4) Non-wedge based door stop whose minimum weight based on friction coefficient and if the weight of the door is heavy then we have to change the size of the door stop accordingly. Generally a common door stop has an approximate weight of 15 grams.
