. What are the differences between strong or high-capacity states and fragile or low-capacity states? Be as specific and detailed as possible
Difference between high capacity state and low capacity state :-
1. High capacity states are easily able to enforce their law and order on the entire territory in which they are ruling while in the low capacity states the enforcement of the law is very limited wherein the government is unable to provide security to the citizen.
2. High capacity states are able to collect tax revenue so that it can form different policies for the welfare of the state while in the low capacity or fragile capacity state government is incapable of collecting the required taxes to fulfill the basic needs or opportunities for the citizen and the policies are also limited in number.
3. High capacity states gains all the trust and understanding and confidence of the citizen and provide them with different opportunities which leds the state to success while in the fragile capacity states, government lacks in gaining confidence, cooperation from the citizen which leds to failure, collapse of the state in large.
