Introduction-

About the personality- One of the most famous personality of pakistan is Malala Yousafzai also a most famous teenager in the world is one of the education activist who belong from Mingora town, she is known for women right activist where taliban has banned girls from attending schools, she was also shot in head in assassination attempt by taliban while returning home from her school She was also feautured by the times magazines as the 100 most influential people of the world and also won the national youth peace price and was nominated for nobel peace prize. She is also a UN spokeperson for the worldwide assess to education.

(i) Empathy- It refers to the ability to understand and share the feeling of others As we when talk about Malala Yousafzia she is well known for her emphathic nature as she has been always standing, speaking and fighting for the basic rights of womens and education which trhey themselves fight for she understand the importance and value of value in the life of the women and therefore against all odds she faced in her path she has achieved lots of success in her way.

(ii) Ideation - Just because of her ability of formation of ideas and concepts of how to achieve her goal to provide access to the girls education she has been nominated as a UN spokeperson where she has achieved worldwide access to the right to girls education with her concepts she has been able to increase the level of education among girls and has resulted in the increased number of enrollment in school specially for girl who were banned from the access to education and attending school.

(iii) Individualization - It refers to the discrimination of the individual within a group as being a girl of pakistan and that to belonging from a muslim community she herself has faced individualization or discrimination by the society as she is standing and fighting for the girls education right where the mentality of people is like what will a girl do with education but still after facinf all such act she remained there and kept on fighting for the education right. But after achieving success she was supported and respected by the public for all her work.

(iv) Strategic - Malala has created a fund for support education amongst girl which came up with a strategic plan which includes covering global area in developing network of education,Amplifying girls voices and their advocacy efforts and delivering tangible changes in targeted areas in order to achieve her aim in spreading the right and access to education all around the world specially in the areas where the girls are not provided with the right to receive education.

(v) Responsibility - It refers to the sense of response regarding something. As Malala Yousafzia has fulfiled her respinsibility beyond everyones expectation as she has assume her role of responsibility towards the girls right from her young age and because of which she has faced a lot of discrimination from the society and even got shot on her head by the taliban still she has not left any of her responsibility behinf infact as a spokeperson of UN she is excellently fulfilled her role in the world for the basic right to girls education and this responsibility of her had lead her towards the path of success.

(vi) Includes - Malala Yousafzia has now become one of the famous youngest personality not only in pakistan but all around the world inspite of so many ups and downs she has continued fighting as an activist and she has fulfilled all her responsibility towards the society for which she is standing for she has brought a devastating change in the life of girls who were lacking with their right to education but supporting them and teaching them how to fight and stand for themselves .
