An event manager has to start planning an event by making a meeting with the client and collecting all information about the client's vision of the event. The event manager and the client will develop an event budget and discuss the overall concept or theme.Once the budget is decided, the event manager will finalize the concept for the event, work to line up a location and vendors, and obtain any necessary permissions, permits, and insurance.All the properties required for event are coordinated by the event management team with the client to engage them.On the day of the event, the event management team will be there to run the event and handle the problems that arise. After the event, the team will wrap up remaining things and get feedback from the client.
