What is fitness? Explain why fitness involves all your relatives, not just your offspring.
Fitness is the ability of doing everything from the bed in the morning until go to the bed in the night, being agile and efficient. The fitness of a person can be divided into different levels- physical, mental, family, social.
Fitness in a family is the most important which lead us to keep the fitness involving relatives too. Family is not only the basic societal building block, it also provides valuable life skills and forms the people we will become as adults. It teaches us child-raising, patience, basic communication skills and how to love – while being the all-around fun and friendship unit. The person from a good family or a wee-fit family can spread the fragrance to relatives too.
Relatives are important as a man can not live alone. The mingling and interlinking through communication, sharing, activities make the family fitness in higher level. A down in the social fitness of the relatives can affect us adversely. The help of the relatives in a frustrated situation is an inevitable ornament to our own family fitness. To nurture a helping mentality in offsprings, a social accommodation of relatives plays a great role.
