In December 2017, the Government decided to provide 25000 jobs for nationals through private firms. This is as per the Ministry of Manpower's

policy. The target was for six months. The Government provided a general strategy for providing employment by a number of specialized committees. Jobs will be available in tourism, and, logistics, industry, mining, free zones, knowledge, and, financial sectors.

The government will facilitate access of citizen to employment opportunities considering the growth in the number of graduates. The Government needs the creation of 40000 jobs annually. The number of active job seekers is 42000,62 per cent are women.

The multivariate regression model, and, Exploratory Factor Analysis used to assess attitude, and, examine the factors that influence the attitude of students towards entrepreneurship. An important role is played by the Government, business incubator, and higher education institutions. This can be done through structured questionnaires. The preference to start a business is low.
