1.The total dose of digoxin recieved on 7/8/01 is 1.5mg because the patient is getting 0.5mg three times on 7/8/01.

2.The grams of digoxin contained in a 0.25mg of tablet is 0.25grams .

3. Ordered dose of Candura is 4mg at night

Available dose of Candura is 2mg

So, the nurse should administer 2 tablets of 2mg Candura to the patient.

4. Digoxin is available in 0.125 mg tablet.

Ordered dose of digoxin is 0.25mg po at 10am on 7/9/01.

The nurse should administer 2 tablets of 0.125mg digoxin at 10am on 7/9/01.

5) Inderal is available in 0.02 g tablets.

Liters of fluid the patient will receiven in 7days = 960ml×7 = 6720ml

Convert 6720ml to Liter

= 6.72liter.

7) An order reads:Isordil sl

The route of this drug administration is sub- lingual .

8) If each 10 mEq of K-lor contains 750 mg.
