So, the nurse should administer 2 tablets of 2mg Candura to the patient.

4. Digoxin is available in 0.125 mg tablet.

Ordered dose of digoxin is 0.25mg po at 10am on 7/9/01.

The nurse should administer 2 tablets of 0.125mg digoxin at 10am on 7/9/01.

5) Inderal is available in 0.02 g tablets.

Convert 0.02gm to mg = 20mg

Odered dose of inderal is 20mg po TDS

So, the nurse will administer total 3 tablets of 0.02gm in a period of 24hrs .

6) Ordered volume of fluid is 240ml q4hr.

So, the total amount of fluid recieved per day is 240ml×4 = 960ml

Liters of fluid the patient will receiven in 7days = 960ml×7 = 6720ml

Convert 6720ml to Liter
