Discuss your perception of the conscience clause. Do you agree or disagree with this , explain?

Conscience clause giving a permission to medical staff or pharmacist or any other Health Care worker to withdraw their treatment are to the patient on their request .there are some law to support their religious views.

I disagree this class because I believe getting medical treatment is right of a person. When a person is not able to take decisions by own with loss of consciousness or kids are the victim of this clause. in this case their guardian are one who take decisions and medical team are force to follow this even the patient not benefit from it.this  may be harmful to the patient when the patient was unable to process to take decision by them considering their religious views and the request by the family members with the consent ,sometimes like blood transmission or any other treatment like a abortion  needed only when this become a danger to mother the doctors or medical advice will be for an abortion but with some religious point they will not agree for abortion , in such cases their life and health will be in danger .as a health care professional we believe in science we canot agree with that point but legally and by law and given a permission for this clause in many countries. for example Islam and Christianity they are against majority of the new advanced treatment with their religious views  like in Christianity some group against  blood transfusion and islam's some people are telling this organ donation is not good after the death of a person. and their against such things giving organs to somebody after the death of a person based on religion views.as long as a state or country respect the right of the person right to believe and practice health care worker has limit to counter this act.

I personally disagree with this because I respect their views but sometimes it can danger to a person.
