One of the most important industries in los angeles was that of hollywood where a lot of silent movies were made at that time and also during this period the petroleum boom took place anf a lot of internal migration within the US also took place due to that along with the development of many financial centres coming up over the 10 years which led to multi ethnic society in the city due to lot of jobs till 1929.
