In social assessment they evaluate the social problems and need and assess the desired results.

In epidemiological assessment they determine the health determinants of the evaluated problems and they give priorities and need gaols.

Ecological assessment means that they analyze behavioural and environmental determinants they predispose, reinforce and enable the behaviour and lifestyle.

Directional and scheme factors that effect implementation and match appropriate mediation. They encourage desired and expected changes.

Proceed used for policy, regulatory and organisational constructs in educational and environmental development. It includes desired outcome and program implementation.

Implementation means design interventions, to evaluate the availability of resources and implement the program.

Process evaluation defined as identify a program and they reached the target population. They achieve desired goal.

In impact evaluation they asess the changes in behaviour.

In outcome evaluation determine if any reduction in the incidence or prevalence identified negative behaviour. If increase means positive behaviour.

It is a comprehensive model which identifies influences on a health problem at both the broad and proximal level. It is divided into two main activities educational diagnosis (PRECEDE) and ecological diagnosis (PROCEED).
