Answer 2(d) It is important to provide cultural competence environment to the patient. So, for this we need to be concerned about several things such as:
Answer 2(e). At the times where barriers are present, it is important to collaborate with the clients to bring out better and quality of treatment. The indulgence of the client reduces the pressure, enhances the medication efficacy and hence reduces the medical errors. So, if the patient supports and help for the regime, the treatment outcomes could be better.
Answer 2(f). Before providing teachings, it is important to understand the schedule and life style of the patient. This will provide general idea through which the client's health status and nutrition status can be assessed. So, if the patient is concerned about his own health then it becomes easy to demonstrate about the foods and nutrients that the client needs to take. Additionally it also elevates the quality of care along with proper treatment. Of the patient is not active then in that case, it is important to provide the plan through which the patient can indulge himself in physical activities.
Answer 2(g) : It is important to encourage the client to indulge in the external activities. Lack of knowledge or information causes issues, hence the major part is to provide knowledge and benefits to the client. This will elevate the result. Client counseling plays major role in indulging them external activities.
