•Internal customer-internal people of company or organization ,hospital they helps the hospital to provide qualitative care and helps in group of the hospital.like Representatives,Owner,Employees.
•External customer- which people getting services of company or hospital and they will pay for it.which are external customer.like patient and their family, society medicine distributor, government officer.
• Benefit of good customer services–
°Work excellency -if health care company provide good service to their employees .it will cause positive effect in the work efficacy of the hospital or health care company. It will increase the attraction of customer to company or hospital.and it will increase the business of the hospital or company.
•Increased productivity- if Health care company providing good service to their customer. It will increase the productivity of the hospital or increase the patient occupancy of the hospital .If increased productivity will earn more money.
•Loyalty- if Company providing good service to their customer .customer will do work with full loyalty. And it will effect the image of hospital amoung the people . Peopld give better feedback of the perticular hospital.
•Quality Image- if company providing good services to the customer they will satisfy and if customer got satisfaction .it will make positive image of the health care company or hospital.
•Business- If the hospital providing good quality of service to customer .more patient will come in hospital for getting better care .it is the beneficial to increwase the business of the particular hospital.
•Satisfied Shareholders- If company earning more money it would be satisfied to shareholder. It is the indication of hospital going to grow.
After all if company or hospital providing the good quality of service to thier customer .it will achieve the aim of the perticular hospital.so, company or hospirsl should be provide the good quality service to thier internsl or external employees.

•Communication- Good Communication skill of employees will make effect to patient by providing the service. Good communication can divert the mind of patient towards the hospital good feedback.
Bad communication with external and internal customer will destroy the image of the hospital.
•Quick response- when employees of hospital give quick response to the patient or external customer.it will effect the image of hospital .it it will increase the satisfaction of the patient in a health care setting. As well as late response will affect negatively the patient feedback of about employees.
•working environment- Keep and quite environment will also image of the particular hospital or health care setting .as well as noisy or communication barrier will also affect the patient feedback.
•Communication gap- Communication gap decrease the quality of provided service by the so many reason and it will also affect the hospital image .
• Problem solving behavior- if company interacted to their customer to solve their problem .it will affect the customer response.
