While standing and putting your pants on, in a detailed description explain how each component of physical function are addressed in order for you to accomplish this task? Component of physical function include

1. balance/postural equilibrium

2. cardiopulmonary endurance

3. neuromuscular control and coordination

4. mobility and flexibility

5. muscle performance

6. stability

Solutions

Expert Solution

  1. balance/postural equilibrium:- standing straight is itself a task for a bofy. Standing straight to wear pants is needed. While going down and coming up needs balance to prevent from falling while going down. As we know our ears helps us in balancing our posture.
  2. Cardiopulmonary endurance:- every little work by our body is calculated and needs proper coordination. Every task an exercise for the muscles, brain, heart and lungs. Each Movement needs cardiac output to complete it. Wearing pants is also a kind of exercise for the body.
  3. Neuromuscular control and coordination:- our body has a power of doing many work simultaneously. Like whikr maintaining balance it also coordinate the functioning of the nerves and follows Command. To wear a pant how much an individual should go down, how much he should come up all done by proper neuromascular coordination.
  4. Mobility and flexibility:- from using your hands for holding to bending your back to go down is because of mobility and flexibility of our bones and their joints.
  5. Muscle performance:- As we know sometime overstretching of a muscle is very painful. Tgus is what is prevented wothbettewi and proper muscle performance. Contractions and relaxation of the bundles at right time us very important.
  6. Stability:- having a stable posture doing a whole task is resulted by proper functioning of thr all thr components of the physical activity. Stability in terms of functioning of brain, heart, lunga,. muscles etc.

Explain how the sympathetic nervous system acts to directly regulate stroke volume. Include a detailed description of the mechanism (include the target cells, the proteins, signaling molecules, ions, and changes in membrane pontial where appropriate). What effect does this have on cardiac output. This will take about half a page to describe.
