The personal is political was a Slogan of the students movement and feminism movement in around the 1960. This Slogan becomes popular after the publication of an easy in the 1970.

The meaning of this phase was different to different people.   According to some people, this slogan means the personal and political experiences of women. This slogan means feminism.

In other hand, According to Carol Hanisch, the Slogan ‘’The personal is political’’ is a debate between the personal and political.
