The strategy used by the company: Advertisement digital platforms, print media. They have launched various types of chocolates.

How could it improve sales: It can use more marketing to increase its sales as its competitor is Nestle which has also a lot wide variety of chocolates. The cadbury can offer different types of discount packages on chocolates or it can launch different types of chocolates which are in different shapes and taste. Also, it can use offer at lower rates so that it can be afforded by everyone. Also, for people with diabetes, they can offer some sugar free or healthy chocolates. For Gym going persons, it can launch power booster chocolates enriched in protein and vitamins.
