You wonder if some of the expensive drugs you have prescribed are sufficiently managing the patients’ health conditions and improving their quality of life.

Describe strategies to address disclosure and nondisclosure as identified in the scenario you selected. Be sure to reference laws specific to your state which is KENTUCKY.

Explain two strategies that you, as an advanced practice nurse, would use to guide your decision making in this scenario, including whether you would disclose your error. Be sure to justify your explanation.

After considering above study, its is important to ensure the nurse we are able to understand various aspects of the patient.

Based on the issue of financial ability might come last and it is important to prescribe drugs that are cheaper and meet their needs.

A strategy that might work includes making sure of patients have medical cover to cater for their treatment, who are unable to pay for treatment one if their asset and can be given back after setting treatment bill and involved people to help those patients who are not able to cater for bills.

Nurse practioners should employ the following strategies to make decision making. They can ask patient to visit health care facility to take her medical history to conduct physical assessments on her before prescribing medication.

Strategies include conducting laboratory test on the patients which will enable to determine exact cause of the aliment to prescribe drugs.The nurse can also make decision based of past medical history and family history. Our appeal to health facility is that health care professional should give medication to the patient the concession on bills when the patient feel well.
