Many companies have programs in place aimed at increasing their social responsibility. For this discussion, select a company. I recommend selecting larger companies, and be sure to select the corporate company (not a brand). As an example, Tide is produced by Procter & Gamble, so Procter & Gamble is the company. Please do not select P&G - that was meant only as an example.
Some of the highlights in my opinion of the corporate social responsibility program of Walt Disney are its initiatives for environment, encouraging volunteering and philanthropy through charity and giving free tickets.
This makes me more likely to buy this company's products because it spreads awareness about the brand and its responsible efforts by improving conditions for the community and its customers, environment and consciousness in its employees for social work.
The company focuses more on its customers and addresses interests of internal and external stakeholders through its corporate social responsibility. The company follows ethical practices and transparency in its corporate functions. It strives to create better conditions for customers and society at large through its various initiatives like environmental protection, volunteering and encouraging customers and employees to visits its amusement park and facilities by giving them free tickets.
