1) VO2 max running = 0.2( speed) + 0.9( speed)(fractional grade ) + 3.5

In stage 5 ,

Given speed is 6mph ~ 160.9 m/min

Fractional garde -10%

= 0.2( 160.9) + 0.9( 160.9)(0.1) + 3.5

= 32.18+ 14.48 + 3.5

= 50.16 ml/kg/min
