IN THIS CASE EMERGENCY OCCURRED BY CHEMICAL SPILL .THEY (HENRY,MONICA ,TAYLOR) ATTEMPTED TO RESCUE BY REMOVING THE CAUSE OF BURN THAT IS CHEMICAL CAN,FLUSHING THE BURN AREA WITH COOL RUNNING WATER FOR ATLEAST 10 MINUTES,REMOVING CONTAMINATED CLOTHES ,BANDAGING AND CALLING EMERGENCY.THE OUTCOME OF EMERGENCY IS THAT THEY ARE PROTECTED BUT CHEMICAL CAUSED BURN , IRRITATION ,PAIN AND NUMBNESS AT SITE OF CONTACT.
