in 4 to 10 narrative sentences, tell a story about your most interesting experience or experiences with technology. You can discuss anything you wish about AI or computers or smart phones, but it could also be about toasters, cars, or even painting or sculpture or a building project. What did you learn about the world through your use of the technology you describe? Was it pleasant, or unpleasant? How did it re-orient you towards reality after you had the experience or experiences?
Answer:-
I do believe that the AI-driven technology Chatbots is becoming more and more meaningful to brands and even individuals. A unique way to engage with brands and get your questions answered without getting on long wait calls. I would like to introduce chatbot platform a chatbot platform here. It allows you to build, manage, integrate, train, analyse and publish your personalised bot in a matter of minutes. It presently supports eight major messaging platforms including messenger, Kik, telegram, line, Viber, Skype, slack and webchat with a focus on customer engagement, conversational commerce, and customer service and fulfilment.
Chatbots are getting so good these days that it is difficult to know for certain if you are dealing with customer service… or a bot.
But, I wanted to go ahead and share a recent experience I had on an international trip that, afterward, I found out was handled completely by AI customer service.
In preparation for my trip, I encountered an issue that I thought was pretty uncommon - traveling internationally with a pet. I posted my question to WestJet’s Facebook page and got an answer pretty quickly.
A few weeks go by. I return from my trip and go back about my work and life. As part of some strategic research for a client, I stumbled across this case study from Facebook featuring WestJet[1].
Turns out, the entire time I was asking for help on that pet travel issue, I was talking to an AI customer service rep, NOT a human.
