These are very essential for us to be maintained as they not only define us as individuals but also make us responsible employees in any setup that tries to hold us together in a long run. WE have to abide by them and ensure no matter what we say and believe, there will be a system of conduct which will make us grow better with time and help to add to the progressive nature of things around.
