Identify how you have improved your ability to Prioritize, Communicate, and Manage Time (or a patient load) as a result of this week’s clinical activities. Provide an example for each of these.

If we work continuelly with a focus we can improve in many aspects and will results both personel and professional satisfaction.In hospital practise , clinical activities provide immense oppurtunity for us to learn and improve ourself . continuous activities in clinic help us to prioritise the aptient needs and situation, how to communicate effectively,and time management. we can see one by one.

1.prioritisation : continuous pactise help us to prioritise the needs ,situations,care also.

Eg. working in an emergency department, we should give more attention to patients who are more weak, and unstable. this can be achieved by good knowledge in clinical conditions and careful observation of each patients.prioritisation helps to get right care for the right patient.

2. Communication:

Effective communication is necessary  in Patient care and clinical settings.

Eg.If we address the patient by his name and talk accordingly with the situation of patients the patients will be tension free and thereby he also can ventilatee feeelings emotions and expectations. by maintaining good posture ,eye contact and feeling empathy to patients , we can improves the way of communication which will be beneficial for care seekers.

3.Time manage ment: Time is precious , so one should be punctual,and bount to time while caring patients.

Eg: If we are going for counseling a patient we should  Prepare well about the situations and subjects related to the patient.stick on relevent issues, ask questions related to the situation of patient.end up the conversation on time and ensure active participation of patient. in these ways we can saves time .
