Answers :- 1)Diabetes is a metabolic disease that result in excess sugar in blood.It is of two types-Type 1(pancreas produces little or no insulin) and Type 2(affects the process that involves production of sugar by the body).
2)As per a study,the number rose from108million in 1980 to 420 million in 2014The prevalence rates among people over 18 years of age increased from 4.7% in 1980 to 8.5% in 2014.Premature mortality was increased by 5% in between 2010 and 2016.As per a recent data,China has the highest number of diabetic people in the world.

Nursing diagnosis of diabetes :- Unstable blood glucose.
Nursing interventions of diabetes :- Proper education,proper teaching of how to take insulin in proper timing,encourage clients to read labels,discuss the mechanism of work of the medicine.
