Goal - The main purpose of goals is that it help the educator to have a clear vision of what should be achieved in the end of the class or a session. Goal helps the educators to be determined and focused. Eg- The goal of an educator is to provide learning and education.

Activities- The main purpose of the activity is to bring out the ideas of the students in the classroom and have co-operative education. Example- A project or a task given to a group of students that should be done so that the student should learn team work.

Expected outcome- The expected outcome help the educator to stay focused on the goals. The expected outcome of an education in the end of the session is that the student has learned something from the lesson.

Resource- Resources help to simply the teaching of an educators for the students. It can be like providing study materials or required note to the students.

Reflection- The purpose of reflection is that it help the educator to evaluate or examine themselves and helps to know where did the educator focus on for doing for better and what is her positive points. Eg- Feed backs by the students for the educator.

Timeline - Timeline is important for a educator to keep a track of their activities of what has been complete in a chronological manner. Example- A teacher maintaining a log book in everyday basis.
