Human rights protection in this digital era is the new highly important need of our society. Many people due to lack of proper knowledge of using internet digital services safely are losing their money, property. Due huge activity of social media Peoples information becomes more accessible to the anti social elements. And also many people are not even able to use the digital platform because of lack of proper knowledge or training so they are becoming a less developed human resources without any fault. We need to ensure their rights to learn digital services with maintaining the safety measures. This can be done effectively through the law by government. There is already an urgent need for governments, social media platforms and other businesses to protect the fundamental pillars of democratic society, rule of law, and the full range of our rights on line: a need for oversight, accountability and responsibility. As the digital frontiers expand, one of our greatest challenges as a human rights community will be to help companies and societies to implement the international human rights framework in the land we have not yet reached. This includes clear guidance on responsibilities of business as well as the obligations of States.
