The adolescents suicidal behavior of happends maily after stressful life event like failure of examination,death of the loved once,break up of the relations,and the family conflits, the adolescents is characterized by significant psychological,physical,and social transitions.these transitions carry new risks so it get so much attention.the statistics of asolescents suicide is 5079 in last year. According to the centre for disease control and prevention self killing is the second leading cause of death in adolescents,The boys and girls are difrent suicidal tentencies,the girls commonly uses poisons and boys uses guns for suiciding in US,the main cause of the suicide in this age group is lack of attention from parents and the teachers,and the mood swings,the parents should notice and help to eliminate such sudden mood swings of the children.The main management of suicide in the adolecents are the congnitive behavioural therapy. and the pharmacotherapy for the mood swigs and suicidal ideation like fluoxetine and imipramine are helpful for prevent suicide in teenages if risk behavior identifies,parents and the teachers should properly communicate and effcetively talk to this age groups to identify the problems and mood swings of the children ant prevent the adolescents suicide,
