1) Constructive criticism is a clear cut, point wise or specific feedback over someone's action or behaviour. Through constructive criticism one can know their performance or mistakes. It is valuable or important at workplace through which one can learn and improve. It is a way of communication which creates bonding between patient and nurse or in between patient's relatives and nurse or it may be in between doctor and nurse through which one can get opportunity to improve their selves.

2) Professional behaviour is a etiquette one should exhibit at their work place. Patient's life is in hands of medical assistants. Patients always expect professional behaviour of healthcare providers. Medical assistants should exhibit some skills and ethics. For example- loyalty, confidence, courtesy, team and time management etc.

Medical assistants must have effective communication skill. He/She should always provide support to the patient. He/She must be compassionate towards their work. They must know how to respect patient. They must be reliable and honest. These all qualities must include in professional behaviour of medical assistants.

3) In our country, different people have different cultures. So one can learn to preserve this diversity by accepting cultural differences.

Every healthcare provider must be aware of patient's culture and should respect them. By doing this they should get best outcomes and patient's satisfaction.
