A .HIV get transmitted when we come in contact with certain body fluids (blood,semen,breast milk)of a person who is infected.This can be transmitted via blood transfusion,unsafe sexual intercourse ,by breast feeding by the infected mother,improper techniques or by the reuse of things in the laboratory and the hospitals and through the placenta of an infected mother to the baby.
B To prevent spread to others avoid contact with body fluid such as blood and semen.
Follow safe sexual practices
Follow the strict infection control pracice like wearing gloves and mask and proper disposal of the sharp instruments.Avoid reusing of materials like syringe needle etc.
c HIV is the Human Immuno deficiency Virus,and it reduces the natural immune system of the body.The person who is affected with HIV can lead a normal life provided information should be correctly passed to the health workers or the people who can come in contact with his body fluid.
2.AIDS vaccines are not yet found,but the use of combination of vaccines can prevent certain symptoms from occuring.
