Answer: Today’s world people are very conscious about maintaining a healthy lifestyle,in which diet plays a major role;everything you eat and drink matters.For a healthy eating style add more fruits and vegetables in the diet and eat less carbohydrates,high sodium,unhealthy fat,junk food and sweets.

Both diets the My Plate and Lactose- Ovo-Diet,have been proven to be successful with weight loss,they are also very popular diets among those who strive for a healthier lifestyle.These diets can be long- term and are sustainable

In My plate diet half the plate consist of fruits and vegetables.Half the grains should be whole,various protein choices,milk should be skim or 1%.The right mix can help to keep people healthier now and in future also.It focus on variety,amount and nutrition.Choose foods and beverages with less saturated fat,sodium,and added sugars.Starts with small changes to build healthier eating styles and it support healthy eating for every one.

In Lacto- Ovo Vegetarian diet,the most common type of vegetarian lifestyle,includes lact( milk), and ovum( egg), and plants,such as vegetables and fruits.This Vegetarian diet excludes all forms of meat: beef,poultry,pork,fish,shellfish etc. They get protein from eggs and dairy products.This diet is scientifically proven to be healthy,nutritious,and good for weight loss.There is no set calorie intake for this diet,and it is much less than the My Plate diet.
