1.Debriefing is defined as a dialogue between two or more people. Main goals of it are to discuss the actions and thought process involved in a particular patient care situation ,encourage reflection on those actions and thought process and incorporate improvement into future performance. It is the one of central learning tools in simulation and also recommended after a real life emergency response. Debriefing remains a central learning activity in simulation and much of literature focuses on debriefing in the context of postsimulation exercises.
2.It is very usual to have cuts, abrasion and other minor laceration during daily routine activities. If anything mentioned above happens, we should take care of them.An antiseptic solution and all other first aid like povidone iodine solution, bandage, cotton,gauzepiece should be kept in the first aid box. The wound should be cleaned in normal saline or in the clean water with or without soap. Then apply antiseptic or antibiotic lotion or cream to the concerned area. Do dressing every alternate day.
