Public health problems: Introduction: In community the health problems are more common which will effect the health of the people and their surroundings in order to reduce that the community health nursing play an important role in that. As well as we need to assess what are the problems the public is facing. Major health problems: Hypertension Diabetis mellitus Renal Stone's Arthritis Heart attack Minor problems: Fever Diarrhoea Cold Cough Dysentry Vomiting Normally in the community in the health care settings mainly they will asses the need and health of the patient those who are living in the sector so we can get the care from the public health centres.
