Importance of the topic

changing food habits of the city youth is the reasoreason for youngsters being prone to health diaorderd.

Urban lifestyles have led to high consumption of instant foods on daily basis.

Daily consumption o instant food can make people ill say food and nutrition experts.

Junk food can lead to stomach cancer, heart problem, constipation, obesity, and many other health disorders, even leading to memory disorders and nervous breakdown in children, this it is very important to address this public health issue

Purpose statement

The purpose of this document is to discuss the awareness on harzards of consumption of junk food among younsters.

Hypothesis H1- Youths will have knowledge about hazards of junk food consumption.

H0- youths will not have any knowledge on hazards of junk food consumption
