Formal organisation has more influence over how things get done in typical organisation because, in typical organisation the things has to achieve in a particular way and in a particular time period by the particular group member. Formal organisation maintains the activities by particular rules, regulations and enhance the member to achieve target goal.

For example, a school is a formal organisation and a friend group of class V is an informal organisation. suppose, the school gives a project to the class V . The students will complete their projects on time because of fearing of get punished by the school, which is a formal organisation.
