institutionilism is the system of institutions or any organized societies that is devoted to public ,charitable or it is the policy or practice of using public institutions to house and care for the people considered incapable of caring for themselves.Otherwise it is the system of or belief in institutions. Institutional abuse is the major problem,systematic poor practice that may affects the whole care setting.It is the maltreatment of a person that may be adults or childrens.That type of abuse occurs within emergency care facilities such as foster homes,group homes,pre-adoptive homes etc.The type of abuses are the physical abuse,sexual abuse,financial abuse,discriminatory abuse,self-neglect abuse,organizational abuses etc For the prevention of institutionilism is the early recognition and indicators of abuse,Improving quality of care,conduct training workshop for caregivers,preventing the maltreatment in the institutional care,motivate and encourage the caregivers based on their performence,Improve the interpersonal relationship with client or person,and also prevent maltreatment.
