Summarize the discovery of x-radiation.
The discovery of X-radiation:
In 1985, Wilhelm Roentgen discovered X-radiation accidentally while experimenting with cathode rays.
While he was testing passage of cathode rays through glass he observed an incandescent green light escaped and projected onto a fluorescent screen. Through this experimentation he found that that mysterious incandescent green light passes through most of the objects and gives shadow when that green light encounter solid objects. At that instance, he didn't know the name of that mysterious light. So he called it as "X-rays" which means unknown rays.
Professor Roentgen found that the X-rays can pass through human body and project bones (solid) on the screen. This discovery spread world wide in less time and several doctors used this technology to bullet shots, bone fractures, kidney stones in the body. From then, this technology has been using widely throughout the world in medical assessments.
