qi imblance may be caused due to chronic stress and sleep deprivation. The treatment will depend on deficiency , cause and the existence.

1. Nutritional therapies - Eating the right food that are good for spleen and organs like

- lightly cooked fruits, vegetables

-. Energising fats like olive oil, sal

- fermented foods for digestive Health including Kimchi

- malted  grain beverages , pumpkin , lentils , quinoa , oats

-. Avoid refined sugar , salty foods , dairy products , citrus fruits

2. Using Chinese Herbs like pine bark , astragalus , cordyceps etc. which helps to restore normal immune system Protection

3. Changing lifestyle -. Slowing down lifestyle instead of being constantly busy , not doing many things at once or multitasking is recommended to get balance in qi.

4. Improving sleep patterns- A person should get 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night and reduce stress level which may help to sleep better, the person should focus on rest , by taking breaks through out the day , doing relaxing activities like yoga etc.
