One day I 'd like to work for Anheuser-Busch InBev. Anheuser-Busch InBev is a leading global brewer and ranks in the top five firms supplying alcoholic goods worldwide. Anheuser-Busch InBev is a publicly held company headquartered in the Belgian capital of Leuven. The group works on a centralized operating model oriented towards moving massive multinational brands with opportunities for long-term growth. The organization manufactures regional brands and 'cultural stars' in addition to multinational brands.
Anheuser-Busch InBevis adopts the divisional organizational structure, an organizational framework found in broader organisations where activities are in a broad geographic area that with various smaller entities within the umbrella community that represent specific categories of goods or services or business areas. Anheuser-Busch InBevis works in a broad geographical region by grouping jobs and staff into different units which are responsible for conducting business in specific geographical areas. Anheuser- Busch InBev, the world's largest beer maker, has 153 beverage facilities in 25 countries and a staff of 155,000. It consists of six ethnic groups; North America, Mexico, North Latin America, South Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The structure's primary advantage is that it lets firms adapt to the demands of specific markets; needs can be addressed more rapidly and in detail. Especially as the business operates in various countries this can be really necessary. The mission of Anheuser-Busch InBev is to be the world's beer maker, to enrich and entertain a global audience, to offer goods and services of the highest quality through creative technologies and packaging, to promote safe consumption and to protect the environment and to produce superior returns to shareholders.
I believe that their organizational framework, which is a divisional system that lets the group span a broad geographical region, is compatible with the organization's purpose, as the corporation has arranged and grouped all the staff and employees into different divisions responsible for doing business, in specific geographical areas, and has 153 drink plants in twenty-five countries and 155,000 e It consists of six regional groups, North America, Mexico, North Latin America, South Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. This means that the organization is adapting to the demands of numerous markets particularly when its goal is to sell its products in different countries. This has elevated and amused the business with a worldwide market. Furthermore, Anheuser-Busch InBev embraces a consistent brand-focus approach in which much of its resources are dedicated to those products which it considers have the greatest potential for long term growth. The brands are the company's base, the core of its customer partnerships and the secret to its long-term growth, which also provides superior shareholder returns.
The organization recognizes that brand concentrating works, which is why the client emphasis policy has been rigorously strengthened, and it spends much of its marketing resources and devotes the largest proportion of its state of mind. These Focus Brands are comprised of three global brands, international brands, and local champions.
1. The major labels are - Budweiser, Stella Artois and Corona
2. There are multinational brands - Beck's, Leffe and Hoegaarden
3. Then there are the local brands - Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Skol, Brahma, Jupiler, Antactica, Sedrin, Cass, Klinskoye, Sibirskaya Korona, Chernigivske to mention just a few.
I do think that this organizational structure is well-suited to my working style and preference because it gives me the chance to challenge myself and go as high as I can up the ladder to achieve a lot more things. This type of organization will also give me the ability to learn a lot more new things.
