In United states the nursing programs are demanding,if the students first language is not english they will face some difficulties in some factors like culture,language and academic expectations,in several nursing colleges and schools are giving admission students categorized as English language learners, the number of the english language learners are growing faster than others,there has some research conducted in the area the problems experienced by Enlish language learners in nursing, to improve the nursing academic progress in the next decades the nursing school must consider recruitment , acceptance,and graduation of culturally difrent learners,it may change the current nursing educatioon system.Achieving higher standards in the field of education requires a partnership between teacher and student and with the educatiional institution.The student nurses learning tasks are mainly in three areas confidence to speak publicaly in english,comfort level posing a question in the class room and vocabulary comprehension.the most important thing is the nursing student should learn the nursing related vocabulary and terminologies,and use internet tools or study guides for learning the language. anlong with repetitive verbalizaation of the vocabulary it will improve bothe vocabulary and english language confidence.these type of students are very concious and sensitive about their ability to correctly pronounce english terminologies, The nursing instructers and the students should must come together to understand what changes should made to creat success for this group students,English language lerners students are the larger part of the nursing classrooms as is reflected in their stats advancements.
