1. High level sodium diet will cause several heart disease like heart attacks, osteoporosis, chances of high blood pressure, kidney failure.

2. My sodium intake is in control, because, i eat food containg less amount of sodium. We only need less amount of sodium in our diet, high level sodium consumption cause several health problems. I controlled my sodium intake by avoiding foos like chips, pretzels, sandwich, pizza, processed cheese and chicken. These food contain large amount of sodium. Instead of eating those foods, i eat  fruits, vegetables.

3. Sedentary lifestyle can cause several long term health consequences like diabetes, cancer, heart disease, migrane, depression etc.

4. Iron deficiency can cause problems like anemia, we will feel tired and lack interest in doing things, headache. Long term health effects of a chronic deficiency in calcium cause hypocalcemia like brittle bone, osteoporosis, tooth decay, brain functioning will be distrubed, depression.

5. Excess sugar(added sugar) consumption can cause many health problems like heart disease (heart attack), diabetes, cancer, weight gain, depression, faster aging etc.

6. High consumption of saturated fats or trans fat results in several health problems, it will increase cholestrol level in our body, it will increase the chances of heart disease, stroke.
