Ethical stance of an institution determines the work culture, responsibilities , actions and behaviour of the people who are part of the institution. A leadership in Ethical stance influences the culture of the institution at policy making and regulations of the same. It can be inferred that a right kind of leadership in Ethical stance can take an organisation to its height as it defines how individuals of institutions would behave .

Inter and intra department relationship is also determined by the leadership in Ethical stance.

Assesment of Ethical stance are various some of them are no formal enforcement of codes rather increasing awareness is the aim.

Secon type of assesment is enforcement of Ethical stance at local level . Third type is assesment of Ethical stance at national level by the institution . These assesment are subjective and provoke an institution for deliberately reaching its goals by understanding its employees and consumer.
