vcisual communication is when somethingis communicated cisuallly, for example a website may visually communicate with users through infographics, illustration and text, another example is when workplace communicates with its employees via announcement board or through safety -related signs throughout the office.
Use of simple language ,use of simple and clear words should be emphasized, use of ambiguous and jargons should be avoided, reduction and elimination of noise levels , noise is the main communication barriers which must be overcome on priority basis.
here due to communication failure she has not able to convey her thoughts to the TBA, thats why inorder to avoid the communication barriiers she have to directly approch the authority or else send a mail or so many social media also available , like that, now a days there is many more chances to communiation ,she can send there letter, or any one who is ready to help her, not only in phone.
