Solutions

Expert Solution

If a company has different products under a single brand then such products are called product line.

Modification could be done as below:

Product research: This activity upgrades a product by increasing its utility and quality. A better quality product is always demand by customers, since it gives better satisfaction level. Example of it is the development of new flavor of health drink through the research work; it becomes taster than earlier.

A gift of something extra: The company can offer extra quantity by keeping the price same. It increases customers’ satisfaction, since they get more but pay less. Example of it is the health drink that is offered 30% extra in each pack.

Customer data: This is the detailed report of customers, their taste, their preferences, their needs, etc. The company has to study those data constantly. This gives ideas about customers’ satisfaction level; then the necessary acts should be done to fulfill those demands. Example of it is packaging of health drink; customers want such packaging a little thick.
