How can the leadership in your organization impact and influence others and deliver the results you expect?

Answer : As we know all successful and profitable organisation has effective leaders. Leaders are invaluable and helps in communicating new strategies to there employees and motivate them to work hard and achive organisational goals. Without effective leader business cannot flourished and gain profitability in the long run scanerio.The impact and importance of leadership in an organisation are that :

• Leaders provide advice and ways for employees. If needed leaders should provide the way of performing particular task more effectively and efficiently.
• Leaders should motivate the employees to workhard so that they can achive there personal goals such as higher wages as well as better standard of living.
• Leaders should plan the task and divide the task of each employee so that they are able to achive maximum productivity.
• Leaders should take proper action and utilise human resource in best possible manner.
• Leaders should help in building confidence among employee and provide job satisfication to employee.
• Leader should able to satisfied other employee through various incentives provided to them if they completed the task properly.
• Active particpation of an employee in the workforce resulted by good leadership techinque.
• In the long run time being good leadership resulted in increase the profitability of the business.
• As in the on-line company each employee should be trained in systematic way so that they occur less error and increase it efficiency.

CRUX : Good leaders in an organisation impact both employee as well as employer. As in data base company if there is effective leader than they can motivate the employee and give proper training of handling work. For the employer good leader should decrease labour turover and increase profitablity and efficiency of work.
