I am a young entrepreneur looking to open a new online business.

1) Identify your business concept and how you will effectively plan and manage your new business profile in a dynamic on-line environment.

1) Identify your business concept and how you will effectively plan and manage your new business profile in a dynamic on-line environment.

an entrepreneur is the person who generates a new business idea & takes the risk to convert that idea into reality with the help of available resources.

as internet medium is becoming a very big platform to start a business then there are can be many ideas like online selling of consumer products, online selling of decorative products & accessories etc.

lets take the concept of making order of food online & delivery to the customers.

for this concept following steps can be integrated in the plan-

1. check the acceptability of the idea means customers accepts the concept of online foo delievery or not.
2. check all the resources required to do the business like a online website, funds, human power, links to restuarants etc.
3. check the market trends like which target customers are likely to accept the services of my new business. for example- job doers, college students living outside home etc.
4. competitor's analysis means is my idea is new or already a competitor in this business or having similar business.what is thier target market, what is thier customer base, what is thier pricing strategy etc.

2) How will you manage your intellectual property? Define your required web presence (if applicable).   

intellectual property is the property which is created out of person's mind like artistic work, concept, etc.

the website url of my online food busines would be managed under patent means others can not use my website.

the business name,logo or business lines would be protected under trademark cause of that other new business entrants or existing ones can not use the name of my business or logo for thier financal gains.

the web presence would be developed by website launch & other marketing strategy over the social media like FB,youtube,instagram, twitters etc.
